Is there still a plan to hold a vote on Contempt for her?
If not - this is smelling like a cop-out by the House. Instead of the House holding the key to the case against Lerner - they are content to refer it to Holder where it will go nowhere.
Please tell me this is not whats happening.

Exactly. The house should be going the route of “Inherent Contempt”, and not involve the executive branch. If they do/did, they’ll have this ... *itch in “common jail” in no time.
