A full month ago, the House passed three minor ACA tweaksto address the concerns of Christian Scientists, volunteer firefighters, and companies that employ veterans (who are already provided health coverage by the government)....

After detailing how the House has legislated changes to stop the bad effects of the law, the "journalist" uses the Obama speak phrase "green shoots" to make it seem like Republicans are grabbing the ankles.
Sorry, I disagree. This reads like Obama's "victory lap" was warranted, and that the writer is delighted to see Republican voters discouraged.
I view this like the Democrats treated Bush in his second term regarding Iraq....dealing with the situation until the power is theirs....then working hard to undo all he did.

I don’t think it’s true. Democrats think it’s important to get out the propaganda to low information types that ACA is gaining acceptance.

With all the bad obamacare news trickling out on a daily basis, they’d be fools to support any part of it. Not only can they use this as an issue in the upcoming mid-terms, they will need to use it to run against Hillary and the “universal” healthcare plan she once proposed.
