A 16-year-old was today arrested and charged over the murder of Nathan Trapuzzano, the newlywed who was shot dead as he took a morning walk. Simeon Adams, known by the nickname 'Red', is alleged to have confessed to a friend that he shot Nathan once in the stomach - after the newlywed, who was expecting his first child, reached down to his shoes as Adams made him strip during the robbery. Adams' friend Marvell Robinson told detectives he was woken up by the alleged shooter on the morning of April 1 at his home in Indianapolis. Adams told him: 'Man the police is out here and they are looking for me.' Robinson told detectives Adams made Nathan strip, according to the court papers. 'When he told Nathan to take his pants off the victim started reaching for his shoes and Simeon asked him (Nathan) "Why you reaching for your shoes?". Simeon said the "white man tried to tussle with me so I shot him"'. Nathan, a 24-year-old software engineer had been out for a morning walk at around 5am, when Adams and accomplice Martez 'Duh-Duh' McGraw allegedly targeted him.

That picture is pretty wary.
The scariest thing of all is the date it was taken on- some time in 2010. This means that the thug was about 11 or 12 at and was already a gang banger thug wanna be before he was even in his teens.
These kids, from the earliest of age, are growing up and being socialized in an environment that glorifies gangsterism and the gangster life style all that it entails, including violence, misogyny (even the girls), hatred and deliberate murder of innocent people, while they are still in elementary school.
The use of brain damaging drugs such as purple drank which rapidly damage the brain and especially the parts of the brain that govern anger management and impulse inhibition adds to the problem.
This is not an isolated incident we are seeing, but is instead the leading edge of new social and cultural phenomena - the emergence of a hate filled, hyper violent youth gang culture that celebrates random violent, racially motivated gang attacks on others where injuring or killing, not robbery, is the sole motivating factor.
Back in the 80’s the gang wars were actually much more violent but the motivation was primarily fighting over drug turf and the huge amounts of money drug trafficking generated, which is at least a rational and understandable activity.
This new generation of thugs is not even interested in robbing it's victims and carries out attacks where the only goal is in maiming or killing randomly selected innocent victims
As this emerging generation comes of age we are going to see more and more of this kind of random, violent assault and murder reminiscent of what we saw in Rwanda
In the picture we see that whatever is motivating this generation started at a very early age and has been going on for many years.

Went to the driving range several days ago and had my pal with me, and I am not paranoid, just prepared.
If I ever am accosted, unarmed, then it is my own fault and I deserve what happens.
We read about this in a BRITISH paper. Nothing from the execrable American mainstream media.

Yours is probably the most intelligent and insightful post in this thread. And this problem is nothing new, I lived in an urban area in the early 1970s and was regularly targeted by young black men because of the false assumptions that I had money (I didn’t), and I somehow “deserved” instant social justice in the form of direct reparations, i.e., armed robbery.
And the problem has gotten much worse in the last 5 years. Our AG publicly stated that he had no interest in prosecuting “his people” with the predictable results; a de facto open season without penalty for those with no moral compass. I remember reading about the black teen who brazenly took a bag of chips from a convenience store, proudly walked out with his prize high above his head proclaiming “WE in charge now!” This was shortly after Skippy was first elected, and the criminal acts by “his sons” have just gotten worse.
Unfortunately, we seem to be ceding our cities to these thugs, moving to less affected areas as the solution. Or we simply choose to ignore the issue, stick our heads in the sand, and hope it will get better. 50 years of “The Great Society” have only created chaos, you just can’t pay generation after generation of unskilled, unmotivated, uneducated, sociopathic parasites without getting nothing but more of the same asocial behaviors. And they have become masters of gaming the system, raking in more and more benefits all paid by those who see their own quality of life quickly deteriorating through ever more punitive taxation to support this madness.
So who are the real slaves today?
I really hate to confront the reality of this situation, but it’s painfully obvious that our “leaders” have no interest in dealing with this scourge, or even acknowledging it exists. To even bring it up earns the instant label of “racist”, so we sit down, shut up, while our seething anger grows white hot. At some point, there will be a very ugly response. But if there’s no response from an increasingly cowed population, then we’re doomed as a civil and just society.
At my age, I don’t have many years left on this planet. But my heart aches for what’s in store for my kids, and their kids. We owe it to them to try to leave them a safe and sane place to raise their own families, as our mothers and fathers did for our generation.
