Two House GOP moderatesReps. David Joyce (R-OH) and Mike Simpson (R-ID)made comments this week that are sure to infuriate the House GOP conference. In an interview published on YouTube as part of a series called Solon Speaks in Solon, Ohio, hosted by Terry Dean, Joyce said Obamacare is the law of the landand here to stay:
"The Affordable Care Act, like it or not, is the law of the land. The Supreme Court passed it. Now were struggling to implement what is the law of the land. In the last Congress, they put up 23 odd bills that tried to repeal it. It doesnt get repealed. The Senates not going to pass it and the Presidents not going to sign it. So its not going to be repealed. So when you deal with the premise that this is the law, and its the law of the land and we move forward, now were stuck with the implementation process and the implementation process is going to be where were going to have some of this falling-out because there are 23 some separate taxes that are involved here."
Later in the interview, Joyce further advocated for the implementation of Obamacarein a different manner than the President has adopted.
"It breaks my heart to see all these small businessmen come to me and say that theyre spending $50,000 on consultants trying to come in compliance with something that the government is still writing the regulations on. Its just wrong. We should have held off until we had the regulations and had exchanges in place and then implemented it in a way that everybody could understand it and then be able to make the decision on whether or not it was a good idea."

Hey Joyce:
Immigration law is also the law of the land.
Why are you for amnesty?
“Joyce is a centrist Republican from Ohio...”
Uh...no, he isn’t. He’s a libtard RINO.
Wolves in republican clothing. Why is it so unconceivable to believe that the Republican party is infiltrated by ‘Progressives’? The Left seized most other institutions in our society.
That’s the problem with entitlement programs. Just like negotiating with a union — “No takeaways”. Once they’ve got it, it’s gotta be fixed.
I vote for those who say, “Repeal it all! Every sentence, every paragraph, every illegal presidential change!.”
Ummmm, no he's not - sounds more like a Democrat in RINO clothing
I am sorry that my family members who live in Joyce’s district wasted votes on him.

State constitutional amendments codifying traditional marriage were laws of the land too.
So sick of Republican pukes accepting the Left's narrative and fighting on their battlefield all the damn time.
This is what Primarying is all about. If they are not part of the solution, they are part of the problem.

Getting a bit annoyed with people far left of center being called “centrist”
And this:
“The Supreme Court passed it.”
What in the world? No they didn’t...
Rather than "centrist" the appropriate word is "traitorous."
Fools...tools...asses...RINOs
Earmarks are bribery, period. Theft of taxpayer funds used for political gain.
So let’s primary them and remove them. :)
Fixed it.
Then just don`t vote for them in the general election. Vote third party or abstain in regards to that one election vote. Either that or quit b!tching about all the sell outs! My choice is made and I really don`t care what ANYONE says, just stating that for a fact.
