Sen. James Inhofe (R- OK) is taking a stand against the steady stream of job-killing, price-raising regulations coming out of the Environmental Protection Agency.
Inhofe says he'll force Congressional review of any new EPA regulations relating to the Clean Air Act from going into effect until the agency conducts a full review of these policies and their impact on the American economy.

LOL - good one...
The Republicans in the House could ‘$Zero’ the entire budget of the EPA anytime they choose, but they continue to allow it to exist. A new “Conservative” president could effectively do the same by terminating each and every employee of the agency.
The above should be done with some other agencies as well.
If the republicans lack the stomach for the inevitable political fights/debate and inevitable demonization, they should at least assert controls over the runaway agencies by redefining their missions, and using appropriations to do it.
The Republicans had YEARS to do this while GW Bush was president, but didn’t do a thing to roll back the Federal Leviathan. If nothing else, they EXPANDED it, only perhaps a little less than the democrats would have!
Just have this in mind whenever you hear a Republican politician bitch about the effect of the EPA and other agencies on our Liberty and economy. Their lack of action makes them COMPLICIT, as far as I’m concerned.....
Dear Senator Inhofe,
The regulatory branch of government holds more power than the legislative branch of government.
He needs to start at the DOD too
This was during the supposed sequester, lots of links.

Sen. Inhofe is attempting to protect our country - he deserves our support...
You need to back up your strong feelings with better facts...
I plead the fifth, next...................
LOL! I do get a little off track occasionally. :>}
Every time I hear about Sen Inhofe I find myself liking him more and more.
He is certainly not alone in that assumption.
If you are not willing to fight for freedom, you deserve none.
LOL - it’s fine ... I ran out of my good coffee and had to drink instant this morning. Put a major damper on my mood... guess I should say something to knarf too...
These clowns don’t have navel lint, they have
people who have their navel lint.
I want you to think about this one...
If Obama makes the move to totalitarianism we'll all know it - and we'll all act... or many of us. Enough of us. But right now is not that time. If Obama refuses to step down, then that's the time... and we'll all join in.
Right now - in the current situation - democrats won and they get to govern as they see fit within the confines of our system. We did not win and we must try harder ... Right now we need to back the Tea Party and try to get the GOP to understand that we're NOT going to vote for a Jeb Bush type.
Pretty convoluted reply you put forth, just to come back around to same conclusion.
I don’t care what progressive think, they are hellbent on destroying America as anyone knew it.
One thing nobama has shown, glaringly, and our Founding Fathers trusted, was that a POTUS must have honest ethical intent. Otherwise we see how he flips off the other Branches, because he is pushing the bare edge within the Letter of the Law, although outside the intent.
No one is saying its time to let the lead fly, YET.
People on the other side (democrats) think our side is 'hellbent on destroying American' too. That's why they're on the other side. If they agreed with us they'd be on our side.
In a system like ours the truth seems to fall out from the struggle between the two adversarial sides. Kind of the way our court system works when it's working well. Both side bring their ideas to the table and 'duke it out' so to speak.
The biggest thread is - like you allude to - bad people. People who cheat the system and stop it from working. An example - - those people who do voter fraud. They're a bigger threat to our way of life and our county than all the street gangs, criminals, 'extremest' etc put together. Our system really does work IF it's allowed to work... voter fraud is the equivalent of 'buying a judge'.. or bribing a police officer. The FBI needs to protect the system NOT go after one political party or the other. It's NOT their job to decide who gets to speak and who must shut-up. That's what the IRS did with their criminal actions toward the Tea Party. The FBI should be all over the IRS on this one...
If we present our ideas to the American people and they like them enough to vote us in office then we win that round... as we should. If they don't like our ideas then we lose. And need to come up with better ideas or present them in a more understandable way. We can't decide that everyone MUST agree with us... either can the other side. This all seems so obvious...
If the field is level we'll win on stopping illegal immigration. The American people are with us on this one... If the climate goes weird (for real not the hysterical rantings of democrats) they'll win on that one. If the climate stays basically the same, we'll win. It's a beautiful system... enjoy the process.

Along with an up/down vote by both houses congress. Unelected beauracats (buffoons) should not be allowed to make law.
Nothing but Maxwell House for me and on the occasion they put it out for 5 bucks a can, I spend a c-note.
Haven't bought coffee in a couple of years ... except the aforementioned sale(s)
Maybe even before the age of TV, elections have been more a contest of who is able to shape both their and their adversary’s image, often with little relation to national positions.
Sometimes common sense conservative positions have overcome the image imposed by the imposters, as in 2010 and hopefully in 14 and 2016. This is primarily due to the failure of the propagandists being able to overcome the masses actual vivid experiences.
I see your vision as a bit utopian. It would be so nice and fair for it to be realistic, then ideas could win.
