(CNSNews.com) Defunding United Nations agencies that admit Palestine is not in the interests of the U.S., Ambassador to the U.N. Samantha Power argued Wednesday, because doing so constitutes a double win for the Palestinians.
Not only do they score by gaining admission to a U.N. body, she told the House Appropriations subcommittee responsible for foreign operations, they also benefit by having U.S. influence in that body reduced, making way for the likes of Russia, China and Cuba to take the lead.

And there are people that actually claim that the Obama administration is in the thrall of the Jooooos?
Bump
This is really baffling dissembling. Doesn’t Samatha Power want double triple quadruple quintuple wins for the Palis?
The EXEMPT US Congress is as useless as “O2” on
a sheet of paper to the drowning person.
If she had any self-respect she would quit rather than defend our clueless foreign policy.
From the bit I have read about her, she is on the mission of her life fueled by recycled refuse from her background. It appears she is quite at home in our current marxist flavored regime.

> Not only do they score by gaining admission to a U.N. body, she told the House Appropriations subcommittee responsible for foreign operations, they also benefit by having U.S. influence in that body reduced...
Dropping US support would NOT make their admission more likely or make it happen, what a liar she is. And if the body admits the jihadists as if they are a nation, then the US already doesn’t have influence.
They are using the UN to by-pass the US, Why should she want them to be able to do this?
