Seems like so many are retiring this year. They've milked this cow dry.

Speaking of Rogers, I think there should be an ethics investigation. I just can't imagine him being successful as a talk show host. At some point, he'll have to be entertaining.
I smell Soros.

(For every Ted Cruz we send to DC, I can endure 2-3 "unviable" candidates that beat incumbents.)

Let’s hope he’ll get the retirement bug from his buddies. He’s done enough damage.

Thats a challenge for Boehner if he decides to run for speaker again,
Oh! Be True!
Boehner needs to retire and if he truly loves his country, he will voluntarily step down now.

the limited-government Tea Party movement -- which often equates deal-making and compromise with weakness -- has complicated management of the House Republican majority. Well, no. We equate it with surrender, which it is.

It just won’t be as much fun anymore for ‘ol John! Trying to re-create the days of Bob Michael hasn’t worked out as he expected.

Dear Mr. Boehner:
Be careful how you treat people on your way up...
You’ll meet them on the way back down too.
What goes around comes around.

Who in the House should we be pushing for to replace Boehner?
To: fortheDeclaration
They don’t want to be around when the SHTF. Our national debt is a ticking time bomb and they know it.
To: fortheDeclaration
Yep...the same rats that pass laws which they then exempt themselves from are fleeing the sinking ship. To them ‘consequence’ is a four letter epithet.

Doubt it has much to do with Tea Party pressure but more to do with cashing out while the opportunity is there for them. Bank on all these guys to roll right into cushy K street lobbyist positions so that they can legally suck up all the cash promised them when they were giving out our money to various corporate entities.

They are getting out before it all collapses and then they can say they had nothing to do with itThat is my impression also.
