Why send your rug rats to a church school if you’re gonna complain when someone there ( merely voices ) the church’s moral teachings? Seems to me moral instruction or guidance is a church school’s number one distinctive ( or, for many of us, attraction). If these parents want to let their kids think it’s just fine and dandy for everyone to go out and screw anybody or anything they can “ hook up with” then we have some very sicko parents raising some very sicko children. Pray that the school has the courage to continue morality in its curriculum! .

Sounded like she spoke up for the Christian point of view.

These folks “normal” and “healthy”? Sure, after they get through whining about the suicide rate. Make up your minds.

Sister Jane Dominic Laurel told the truth. May God protect her through his integrity.

**If the parents dont like it they are free to fume and fret. **

And take their children elsewhere.

I sympathize with anyone who got into this habit and now wants to get out.

Wonder if these professional activist may be part of the Democrat party workers. They use the church and church organizations such as the Knights of Columbus to get votes. The Kennedys are notorious for this.

I have met her and have worked at a Catholic Youth Conference for many summers, in which she was a conference speaker. She does an awesome job!

“I’m gonna bet this scene is fake and there were no “mass” protesters...”

I’ll bet along with you. It just doesn’t make sense that there was a “mass” protest. Catholic parents send their children to Catholic schools so that their teachings are enforced by the teachers and speakers. This article reads like a put up version by a Catholic hater.

“In my home, there was outrage, embarrassment, sadness, disbelief, and further reason for my 16-year-old to move as far away from her religion as possible and as soon as she can,” wrote divorcee Shelley Earnhardt, according to the Charlotte Observer.

Please go.

I don’t usually pick quotes from the Bible, but this just begs for it. Isaiah 5:20: Woe to those who call evil good and good evil,

Plenty of non-Catholics go to Catholic Schools and in conjunction with progressive and poorly catechized Catholics this kind of reaction was bound to occur. God bless Sister and pray that her good work continues.

The Dominican Sisters are a true blessing. I am personally leaving them a chunk of change in my will. These Sisters are selfless and I am so proud of everything they do.

At the Catholic Schools I attended these students and parents would be asked to leave and if that did not work the students would be expelled.
This school either takes the stand of standing for Catholic doctrines or they bend to the will of the Homosexual Mafia.

The Nun was saying what was previously said, right? I think we still have the right to Free Speech, at least so far.

Apparently nothing she talked about is actually taught or there would be no surprise

Proper Response from school: “you are free to remove your daughter from the school anytime you would like. If you intend on her staying you should be expecting more of the same.”
