Yeah, you think this is worrying the Russian or Chinese armies??
Putin: "Heh heh....foolish Americans...they have to 'shelter in place' when 1 shooter walks onto military base and starts shooting up the place..how they think they going to fight hardened Russian soldiers?"
....and I was in the service...s'helter in place' makes me sick when I hear it.
