Thanks so much, Sg...I haven’t car shopped in 30 years. My wheels are 1984. Things just seemed to fall into place and this should be the last car needed in my Mom’s lifetime. She just turned 89.
And her next appointment is Thursday. I was really dreading the process.
I bet the appointment-related stress is just melting away.... There’s nothing like reliable, comfortable transportation! You must take very good care of your vehicles. I had a 1982 Firebird that it killed me to give up when the engine blew in 1995. (It was a unibody with stress fractures—Mr. Sg said it was becoming dangerous to drive.) We still have the 1995 car that replaced the ‘82. They become like old friends (sometimes crotchety old friends lol!).
