Most FLARE gas you see needs treating, too wet, too sour, too much CO2. With the current price of NatGas, , most producers just burn it so they can keep the crude flowing into the liquids pipeline.

Companies with field-gas treating capacity are making money hand-over-fist while supplying the chemical industry users on the Gulf Coast.

Think, “Saran Wrap” production.

If the EPA says you can’t flare it or vent it you have to capture it, what are they going to do?
