Senator Angus King, an independent senator from Maine who caucuses with the Democrats, said this morning on Fox that "There's no such thing as Obamacare."
"Two points if I may, sir," says Fox host Chris Wallace. "One, then why is Harry Reid saying he's not going to allow a vote on the fixes? And, two, speak directly and briefly, becase we're about to run out of time, to Senator Barrasso's comment that a lot of doctors, a lot of hospitals are being excluded by what Obamacare is offering."
"Now, now that's a big -- There is no such thing as Obamacare. You can't sign up for Obamacare. You sign up for an Anthem policy or an Aetna policy or a WellPoint policy. It's private insurance," said King.
“The 6 million privately insured people who lost their policies were harmed by the unequal application of the law while those with group policies whose implementation was delayed arbitrarily were benefited. It would seem the 6 million would have legal standing to sue”.
I would think the same, but you wait, somehow they will change the law again before that happens. After all, elections are coming up.
In the 1970s, I had a plaque on my office wall:
“If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance - baffle them with bullcrap”
Looks like Angus is going for the second option.
Well Maine has Governor LePage who is doing his best against the moonbats. My Sister-in-law detests him which to me is high praise.
So, will Angus caucus with the Pubbies should the R's win the Senate back in November?
And there is no guttural sound in the middle of King’s first name.
Watch the short video...it is hilarious. This woman is insane in addition to being a mental midget.
Hey, Angus, no matter how hard you try, you will never be as crazy as Nancy Pelosi.
Good effort, though!
Yep, coulda called this a long time ago -
and, this is what will happen when the SHTF in an economic collapse.
Those most responsible for it will blame US.
If they don’t want to call it Obamacare, then let’s see what the options are. You can hardly call it Affordable Care from what I understand. So,I guess that leaves 2 choices;it can be called DemoCare or be known as the Unaffordable Care Act. Either way,it rather looks like ObamaCare will be the name of choice for some time.
So, will Angus caucus with the Pubbies should the R’s win the Senate back in November?

Probably just go ahead and ‘sell himself’ to the highest bidder. Remember “Jumpin’ Jim Jeffries”?
Not all of them have the convictions (good choice of word when discussing LIBS) of Joe Lieberman(I/D/??) CT...
of course he just showed ‘blind loyalty’ to the people who told him ‘THEY’ didn’t want HIM anymore..
Like some are wont to say
‘There is a thin line between Genius and Stupidity’.
Let’s change what we call it. Abra-Ca-Dabra! Presto-Chango! TA-DA!!!!
There! Now it ain’t so bad. The pleebs will love this new branding of our destruction of the health insurance industry.
(It has almost worked for “Man caused global warming”.)
Republicans need to remind people that another 80 million of them are going to lose their health insurance after the elections, because Obama delayed the mandates until after then
Laughable.
I see what you did there. Heh.
The Rat spin of the week...talking points must have went out last night.
You Communist dummy. Obama calls it “ObamaCare.” Pelosi said Democrats should run on “ObamaCare.” It’s such an unprecedented failure that it must be “ObamaCare.”
He may be right because in his mind Obamacare is extortion.
“I wonder if that’s the democrats new campaign meme...”
What they’re trying to say is they didn’t build that.
Then what was that 2500-page bill they passed under cover of darkness and parliamentary shenanigans?
