IMHO, what Yee was doing, and was willing to do, goes far beyond simple criminality. Had the undercover officers been “the real deal”, Yee might have ended up putting a hellacious amount of firepower into the hands of organized crime, or even terrorist sleeper cells. That strikes me as an act bordering on the treasonous. It sure ain’t the act of a patriot.
