That picture has always bothered me... Has anyone lightened the contrast to figure out if the Grandfather has 3 hands or it is photoshopped?

FYI, that’s not the original photo, that version has been altered in photoshop.

It’s photoshopped, and I think someone found the original that did not have Bathhouse in it.
