It's good to go home. I worked through the full 3000 rads of radiation treatment. The first time I came back to office to resume my work. Big mistake. Thankfully my plastic trash can was washable. Thereafter, the 300 rads through the mid-section was reason to go straight home so my fellow employees could be spared from the 4 to 6 hour spectacle.

The chemo is likely to depress her immune system. Be very protective of who comes to visit AND what arrives on her plate until her immune function is back to snuff. My mother-in-law had a fatal encounter with Listeria laced cheese from some Mexican food after a month of chemo. The Listeria brought on meningitis and she simply didn't have the strength to continue the chemo.

Prayers for a full recovery....

I’m very sorry to hear of your illness. Get well and stay well.
We are going to have a meeting today at the hospital to discuss upcoming radiation treatments so the information that you give is very valuable.
Thank you very much. God bless you.
