Of course I have but you were referring to drive up ATMs and I don’t use them. At a drive up ATM it’s quite funny.

It's hilarious. But yes, they have them at drive up ATMs. Somebody like John Stossel did a story about government regulatory stupidity some years ago, and highlighted this exact thing. The answer he got was that it could be that a chauffeur driven blind person could want to use the drive-thru ATM, and it had to be accessible.
