I am sure there was some sort of anger about something that starts things like this. When it is in full swing, I would wager that 99.9% of the “teens” have no idea why they are there. They just jumped in the opportunity to destoy things and steal things.

What better way to protest social injustices by hauling a 50inch flatscreen down the street.

Remember that Univ of Louisville just won a basketball game to get to Sweet 16 and maybe they were just “celebrating”.

Wait to see what happens if they beat U of Kentucky this weekend.

More “celebrating”.

If you are referring to a specific incident sparking a reaction, not necessarily. There have been 3 completely gratuitous violent attacks by young black teens around N. 17th St in Philadelphia recently. In the following one, an 18-year-old white college girl walking with her boyfriend near Temple University had her teeth knocked out and facial bones broken when a young black teen slammed a brick into her face:
