Nothing to see here, move along: Just your regular mob of rampaging teenagers

Ho-hum, a mob of 200 teenagers rampages through the downtown of an American city, assaulting and hospitalizing people and robbing stores. The mayor calls for calm.
And nobody outside that local media market, where it cannot be ignored, hears a thing about it.
Now why would that be? Could it possibly be because surveillance video from a convenience store that was robbed shows all the miscreants were black?
The Right Scoop brings us news of the insurrection which gripped Louisville over the weekend:

Interesting ... Am seeing on social media that the residents of “Old Louisville” (very white, very Liberal, large gay population) is freaking out about how close the riot came to their little enclave.
I think the Louisville Mayor’s little “all these kids need is a stern talking to” philosophy isn’t going to go very far. Watching Democrat special interest groups turn on each other is just ... awesome.

Go out and read the latest stories about the no bill of the guy on the bus ... The LMPD chief is REALLY pushing the armed self defense is a right line.
To: tanknetter
And now we know the rest of the story. Thanks.
To: tanknetter
The bus stabbing? The (victim) was black, also. The grand jury felt video showed it was defensive.
There is a lesson here, one that no one will learn. When you and you buddies jump a man, you could get hurt or killed by your intended victim. Not everyone is prepared to lay down and be beaten to death.
Don’t want to get stabbed or shot? Well, duh, don’t attack people.

One more thing ... I think the stories are correct in downplaying the “racist” aspect of the riot.
It’s really not racism; the blacks aren’t attacking because they happen to be black. It’s really cultural (ie ethnocentricity) in nature. And it’s the culture, not race, that’s at issue.
What’s happened is that we’ve allowed the Left to politically corrupt the language so that race and ethnicity/culture are indistinguishable. This allows people to be beaten into submission under the charge of “racism!”
We need to reclaim the language and really define what’s at work here : a sick and permissive urban culture that breeds violence.

Its really not racism; the blacks arent attacking because they happen to be black. Its really cultural (ie ethnocentricity) in nature. And its the culture, not race, thats at issue. That's a valid point.
Nonetheless, the race/ethnic component must be addressed, whether or not the language of the discussion can be changed to more represent the truth.
I don't think it can, because the left always cows everyone else by setting the terms of the debate. And being the only one to define those terms. I don't believe anyone will attempt to stop the left from defining the terms of the debate. Hence, it will continue to be racism. Which it is in many cases.

More, from the Louisville Courier-Journal
It seems that the Saturday riot was only the latest in a string of possibly/probably related incidents stretching back to March 18th. This strikes me as key:
Mitchell said the department immediately added additional personnel to the West Broadway corridor after TARC notified it of the two March 18 attacks.
My read on this is that the thugs were basically driven out of the West End and to the Waterfront by the stepped up police activity.
Additionally, I find it very ... amusing ... that the Courier Journal is suddenly working so hard to connect the dots on the prior incidents and starting to insinuate that there might be a police/government coverup. I'm sure it has absolutely NOTHING to do with how it was a bunch of their staffers' cars in their parking lot that got trashed as the mob moved across 5th and Broadway Saturday night (/SARC).

Yes, the dems are more and more divided.
Good for us, bad for them.
The Republicans are divided also, good for us, bad for the GOPe.
Conservatives/Tea Party Movement members are 94.7% on the same page with each other on all of the major issues.
Yea I made up the stat, probably pretty close though...heh

Yes, the dems are more and more divided.
And Louisville (along with Chicago, Detroit and other long-term Liberal-dominated cities) is on the verge of showing what happens when the chickens of 60+ years of failed social policy come home to roost.
Dem politicians have carefully cultivated various special interests into solid Dem voting blocks. Blacks were given lots of social welfare and the violence that grew out of the social destruction that welfare sowed was tolerated. So long as it was contained within their own communities and they continued to vote the "right" way (Louisville's West End).
White Liberals (both straight and gay) were cultivated based on social justice issues (read: guilt) and they tolerated the violence so long as they could continue buying their way (by voting the "right" way ... and paying their taxes) into keeping it as far away from them as possible. Like those in Old Louisville did.
But now the two are coming crashing together. And the politicians are rapidly running out of ways (like Mayor Gray in DC suddenly revealing his full support for gay marriage right after a very violent gay-bashing incident by a group of MUYs) to counter and distract the public from what is going on. The blacks are demanding understanding and tolerance, while the whites are demanding to be safe and protected.
Certainly going to make for some interesting times ...

Rahm’s gang was tough on the black politicians in his mayoral race. In Illinois blacks are being reduced in political stature to just another victim group in the multi-cult D party. More disposable by the day as you might say.

Chicago had a spate of white bashing incidents with roving packs of black kids. Meant little to the “elite” but one day they smacked up a gay guy in a gay neighborhood, and that was that the cops stepped up, but more effective the Reverends were paid off and the gangs went back to shooting other black people.

Look at some of the insurance commercials. State Farm has the crossed eyed freak white guy who rear ended the smart innocent black guy. He winds up insulting his mom who tries helping “your not helping”.
Then there is another insurance commercial where the white guy uses a chain saw and cuts a limb right on the car of his black neighbor.
The criminals who rob people in commercials....white guys, all of them.

Thanks for the info.
Yes, Rahm is racist as are most all dems in political positrons.
Interesting to see them squish their meal ticket (read voters) down to the lowest common denominator, yet their lackeys don’t complain as they order their drugs with their Gov handout using their Obama phone.
When the gov largess starts diminishing, there will be riots I would imagine.
I want my free stuff, don’t make me turn into a looter!

No, martial law isnt the goal.
Extermination is the goal. The signs are obvious; the rhetoric is obvious; the denial among the intended victims fits the historical pattern.

Minority Urban Youth. I've seen it used in several articles and postings here. It's a better descriptor, imho, than something purely racial, and it speaks more to the fact that the problems are cultural and not racial (in the strictest sense) in nature.
