Georgia could have gone either way.
Some fought for the British; some fought against them;
mostly they just fought amongst themselves.
The Scots didn’t like the Irish, the Irish didn’t like the Scots;
and neither group liked the British.
The Colony of Georgia was seen as an uncivilized boundary
by the rest of the colonies, providing a buffer zone
between their civilization and the lands of the barbarians.
