they are conflating abortifacients with birth control.
That’s because they know two things - more people support birth control than abortion.
And they don’t want, in any way, to recognize the moral aspect of abortion.

The left has been calling abortion birth control. Using words and definitions is one of their best weapons.
Like “global warming” has been changed to “climate change”.
When a liberal says “pro-choice” to me and I say, “you mean pro-abortion?” it will drive them insane. When they say “undocumented workers” and I say “you mean illegal aliens?” same thing.
