Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan suggested employers who have moral objections to birth control should not provide health care coverage for their employees

Wow, they sure are hard up for getting people to join those exchanges. Of course nothing in their argument even remotely relates to the Constitution of the United States of America, but it goes a long way towards addressing the political ends of this White House. The Administration is woefully short of reaching its enrollment targets, so they need Hobby Lobby to help them out a bit on this one.

It’s not anyone’s imagination if they see the left trying to get EVERYONE dependent on government.

Rush mentioned this today - nothing makes a leftist madder than when someone avoids being in the collective.
