One thing for sure. When the FEDS go after a DEM, it means he's one of the good guys. An American who doesn't want to sell out to the Socialist coup of our government. I'm surprised they haven't just killed him.
As to why ICE is being used to go after him, I don't have an answer yet. My guess is they were trying to get him on other charges, but those fell through when they couldn't manufacture enough proof.

Child porn task forces often use ICE agents’ authority to those inspections to gather evidence. The other possible involvement would be domestically produced child porn using underage illegals. While ICE isn’t allowed to enforce immigration laws, in this regime, they can still target human trafficking.
