My dad was assigned at Ent AFB, downtown (now the Olympic Training Site) from 1967-1971. It was Peterson Field then. We lived just 2 miles away in Cimmaron Hills. Our home was right next to the flight path for the north-south runway.

Good evening, TADSLOS...must have been noisy at your house.
We thank your Dad for his service to our country.

Our home was right next to the flight path for the north-south runway. That was our story at Wright-Pat in Dayton, OH. It was wonderful when the SAC Wing stationed there scrambled!
