If that's correct and it's taking him over 5 months to find any legal argument or precedent to justify a change of custody then it will surely be a very weak opinion and ripe for being overturned on appeal.

Childrens Services has given her a completely different diagnosis and basically said she is mental, maybe even implying she is a hypocondriac.
The blackish color of her lower extremities, red lines on stomach and other symptons “must be the result of autosuggestion”.
I guess that “swift justice” clause means nothing in today’s world. Can a Judge be sued for delaying medical treatment?
