Are they waiting for her to die so the case becomes moot?

BTW...if this were my daughter I’d be in prison or dead already and she would be in hiding.

This has happened to thousands of parents who’s children have subsequently died from their conditions that the state has deemed to be faked or mental issues...

Judge Joseph Johnston, the various doctors CURRENTLY involved and the so-called Child Protective Services bureaucrats are ALL GUILTY of professional malpractice and they are ACTIVELY involved in trying to coverup their evil and incompetent actions.

They all need to lose their jobs, their professional credentials and sued into permanent poverty.

Criminal charges are also likely appropriate.

Actually I think the judge is trying to keep the case out of the court of appeals. Only final judgments are appealable so the judge is just arbitrarily avoiding issuing a final order to keep the family from being able to take the case up on appeal.

A good point.

But you can only delay so long before something breaks.

“When the people fear the government you have tyranny, when the government fears the people you have liberty.” Jefferson.

The problem is the former not the latter.

What needs to happen is thousands of people take over the hospital and remove her by force if need be.

the issue as I have analyzed it is that the parents disobeyed court orders and angered the lily livered court.

The state is clearly wrong, the quack that said it was all in her head needs to lose his license and get his ego under control.

The original doctor that was treating her at Tufts is also a lily livered coward for not standing up for his diagnosis.

The state is an out of control 800 pound monster that needs to be starved.

Where is that Boston Bomber? The Judge, Child Protective Service and that hospital are simply murdering. May God bring his wrath upon them.

Sadly, the family lives in Connecticut, but Massachusetts jumped in anyway and took custody. Power hungry fools.

“...armed guards sit in on visits while she is with Justina and that she is increasingly worried about her condition. ...”

One has to wonder how these “armed guards” sleep at night.

I guess when you have no conscience or soul, it’s easy.

The problem is, it’s not just Massachusetts. Our entire court system is out of control. They have decided they get to make laws they like and disregard laws they don’t.

Maybe someone should ask Jeb Bush for his opinion on this. Since he’s the ‘frontrunner’ in the eyes of the press.

Perhaps they should ask “Hillary!” since she is going to be the DemonRat nominee. And all the people on the state side of this are DemonRats.

At first I wondered if the judge was just lazy and incompetent. He can’t be bothered to get organized and write his decision.

Now I think the multiple delays means he’s looking for the right arguments to permanently remove her from her parent’s custody. If he was going to return custody, he’d just do it and be done with the controversy.

Also because DCF promised to transfer medical care to Tufts, but then it never happened, using the delayed decision as the excuse.

I’m worried that DCF and the judge have decided to make the kidnapping permanent.

Well that judge should and can be sued (in his person) not as a sitting judge. He should face the community for his (should it come to that) murder of this young girl. And DCF can be prosecuted as well.
