Same here. I paid a rather substantial premium to get the best, and I didn't ask about their sex lives. The only time it came up (and the only time I knew an employee was gay) was a guy who made a deadline (barely) with a low quality product, and a search of his work computer usage found more time on gay porn than on the product over the course of several weeks. If he'd been trying, I would have helped him to improve or chosen projects better suited to his strengths. Since he ripped me off for paid work time, I fired him for low quality work without mentioning that I knew how he was spending his time.
