First, a whole battery of tests regarding her state of health. She is obviously suffering serious memory loss problems, and may also have trouble with falling a lot, a very bad thing in a Woman of Her Age. Add to that failing eyesight, as she has seen nothing wrong with her conduct while Secretary of State, and her prior service as US Senator representing New York was also devoid of any distinguishable optics.
Recent public appearances show a continued and possibly accelerating decline in physical capabilities and she also shows various “tells” as to her physical and mental state.
