March 22, 2014, 12:16 pm Carter says Obama doesn't call him for advice
By Rebecca Shabad
Former President Jimmy Carter says President Obama doesnt call him for advice.
He made the comment in an interview with NBCs Meet the Press, which released a preview before it airs on Sunday.
NBCs Andrea Mitchell asked the 39th president if Obama ever calls him for advice.
Unfortunately, the answer is no, Carter said. President Obama doesnt, but previous presidents have called on me and the Carter Center to take action, including former Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton.
Mitchell asked Carter, 89, why he thinks he doesnt have that type of relationship with Obama.
Thats a hard question for me to answer with complete candor, said Carter, who then explained it may be the result of a difference in policies between the administration and his center.
In dealing with peace between Israel and Egypt, Carter said his center publicly stated that Israelis and Palestinians should be treated equally.
I think this was a sensitive area in which the president didnt want to be involved, Carter said in the interview.
He said he understands, however, the sensitivity of the situation.
Carter is set to release a new book soon on the treatment of women around the world.
Well he should. 0bama would be a better president if he did.
Yay! Finally, an Obama policy I can agree with.
> Carter is set to release a new book soon on the treatment
> of women around the world.
I wonder if the islamophile anti-semite will mention the treatment of women in islamic cultures.
All the advice Obama needs is from Saul Alinsky.
The media told Obama that he’s “the smartest guy in the room” and he agrees. Why would he need to call the other guys in the room?
Why call him?
0bummer seems to be channeling him just fine.
Jimmy says, unfortunately the answer is no.
Unfortunately? Jimmy thinks that presidents should ask him for advice??? Really???
Jimmy is widely considered to be a failure as president. So why would anyone ask his advice? Just asking that question. I realize the club of ex-presidents is a very exclusive club. But, it strikes me that Jimmy has a big ego, if he just expects and assumes that Obama should be asking his advice about anything.
He works on advice? I thought he was ad libbing the whole thing.
"Better put some ice on that..."
Obama is screwing up pretty well on his own.
For this blessing, O Lord, we are truly grateful.
That Obama. What a teethist.
bttt
Liberals always believe they are the best and brightest in the room, but what they didn't realize is that that room is in the Cellar..
Look on the brighter side my dear FRiends, we'll get through this.. What we have to suffer through because of OBlameothers, will set Liberals back another generation, just as Carter did after his attack on our country.
What we need to find NOW, is our next Reagan.. That appears to be our next crucial challenge..
Obama may be the only person low enough on the incompetence scale to need Carter’s advice.
Dodged a big one there.

The only piece of evidence I’ve seen thus far that suggests BO is not a total moron.
