Violating our national sovereignty should be a felony with a minimum 1-year prison sentence followed by immediate deportation and guaranteed revocation of any chance of being able to legally come here in the future, as an immigrant or a tourist or for any other reason. A second offense should be mandatory 5 years’ hard labor.
