Jeb Bushs foundation is behind a new advertising campaign supporting the controversial Common Core math and language academic standards.
Learn More, Go Further, produced by the former Florida governors Foundation for Excellence in Education, is a series of digital videos which will run for the next 10 weeks featuring four teachers (who volunteered) explaining Common Core and answering questions about the program.
The campaign will also extend to social media, providing interactive maps to point out the areas where the standards have met challenges from legislators and the public.

Sounds like he'd make a GREAT limited government Republican presidential candidate! I wonder if he'd consider running?
Dumb your kids down, flood the country with foreigners, you’re “not fertile enough”.
The man is a domestic enemy.
He’s a common core RINO, that’s for sure.
Eat more, get fatter.
Jeb “el Heffe” Bush wants a poorly educated impoverished population to support the strongman “poppa” leader.
He’s anti-American TRASH.
FUJB!!
Common Core State Standards Initiative
Unsurprisingly, what's missing from Common Core is the teaching of the federal government's constitutionally-limited powers, including the Supreme Court's clarification of limits on Congress's power to lay taxes.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
He’s a company man.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME????!!!!! What the HELL does this mean???
What on GOD’S green earth does this mean??? Who in the heck could
EVER figure this crap out???
I’m all for a Jeb Bush run in 2016. I’ll charter all his campaign flights on Malaysian Airways Boeing 777’s.
That’s unfathomable.
My son-in-law is a bonafide quantum physicist and sneezes math equations in his sleep.
His reactions was after looking at it carefully was, "What the hell is this?"
As long as there functional morons running around right wing websites telling conservatives that we must win ‘no matter what’, you will have enough people to elect any number of Jebs. Because as we saw last time, they will throw principle to the wind to vote for the lib and claim no choice.
They have a choice. And they choose to empower RINO/Liberals.
It is for that reason that I think efforts to “take over” or “reform” the Republican party are a waste of time and resources. They’ve abandoned principle, it’s time to abandon that organization and build a new organization. Rather than spending time and resources to fight them we should spend time and resources to fight Democrats. As it is now we have to fight two parties, and one of them is in our decision loop. Is it any surprise that we fail?
So they are teaching to start with the lower number, add up to easy numbers in sequence, and then add up the steps it took to get there.
What over complicated IDIOCY.
I must be an idiot because, no matter how many times I see that, I cannot understand it. I have no clue where these numbers are coming from or why? Inefficient???? I consider myself a bit of a numberhead, but this has me stumped.
without the GOPe, where would the dems get any ideas at all?
Yup. I get that people hate to admit they were wrong. I get that no one likes throwing in the towel.
The right wing has said for 30 years that we were gonna ‘reform’ the GOP. 30 years.
Just how long do people plan on kicking the can? “This is the most important election ever!” Just like the last one. “We gotta band together this time! We’ll sort out the rinos and hold their feet to the fire next time! This one is too important!” Just like the last one.
We have about 5, maybe, people in the party worth crap and the entire funding structure backing the RINO wing. Someone tell me with a straight face that it gets ‘reformed’ or taken from within. Go ahead. Anyone wanna embarrass themselves?
We either stand on principle and vote for what we believe in, taking the chance that enough will stand with us or we accept Republican Dhimmitude. Because there ain’t no ‘fixing’ this political abortion.
