Someone should explain to the AMA, or rather all of it’s members, that the right time to protest the contents of a bill that needs to pass in order to learn what’s in it is BEFORE it passes...

We have to pass it to find out what's in it...

Many of the local chapters opposed the bill but the national board supported it.

My wife’s cousin is a past president of the dc chapter. He did work for two gop members of the house in analyzing the bill.

He and others actively opposed the bill and spoke against it to national AMA board members. To no avail.
