Obama has no leadership ability, so it is only natural that his name would be absent. A leader's response to the events in Russia would be to immediately commit to joint military exercises with Poland, Estonia, et al. A poser's response would be to appear on ESPN and fill out a NCAA tournament bracket during working hours, and then assure Putin that he will not commit any forces anywhere.
Obama “Failed to Qualify” as POTUS and has been squatting in the Whitehouse since then wearing the clothes but unable to walk the talk. The whole Universe knows he is a fraud, and THAT will be his perpetual legacy, the BUTT END of all jokes.
