Schools exist to make everyone the same and to punish the motivated and creative.

“Opponents of New Yorks charter schools, including Mayor de Blasio, are clearly ignorant of the benefits offered by school choice, and have forgotten the real purpose of public schools.”
They never gave a damn about the kids, just getting re-elected with Teachers Union money and support.
This issue and others like it showing Democrat hypocrisy is made to order for the GOP.

Everybody hates Bill de Blasio. The Little Engine That Could was going up the hill saying “I hate de Blasio. I hate de Blasio. I hate de Blasio. What kind of man makes up his own name and puts ‘de’ in it? I hate him.”

The left wants to close off all avenues of escape for poor white and minority children. The last thing liberals want is educated people who want to make a better life for themselves and their family. The liberal agenda is still based on slavery. They want to enslave as many people as possible to the state. They push welfare and food stamps as if they are such good things but I don't see Nancy Pelosi or any other democrat signing up for welfare benefits.

Because the schools are showing everyone that the crap he’s pushing dont work. Eliminate your competition that is funded by the system. Stuck on stupid pre K all day is longer hours that will not produce anything but a baby sitting service for the single parent who was never married to begin with. Its not about progress its about supporting the entitled
