Wasn't Bevin a Sr. employee (an board member?) ... of the firm and HAD to sign the certified documents? Yes... but that's harder to say in a 30 second commercial. Anyway... some things might be good for a specific group of investors, and still be bad for the country and/or against what YOU would do if given an option.
