Appearing on Fox & Friends last week, retired United States Air Force Gen. Thomas McInerney speculated that the missing Malaysian passenger airliner had been intentionally flown to South Asia where it could be used as a delivery vehicle for conventional or nuclear explosives by terrorist actors. On Tuesday, McInerney repeated that claim and said that the recent actions of the Israeli and American governments lent credence to that theory.

Sorry. Upon reviewing the article again, it was posted TODAY, but the General’s comments are from last Tuesday...so this is old news but apparently he repeated the same on Hannity tonight.

Plane ends up in Afghanistan or Pakistan ..... this dovetails with what the General was saying.
After a few hundred miles of flight to the southwest, the hijackers could have suddenly veered off from the standard airline routes well before reaching Dushanbe, and perhaps then flown into Al Qaeda-controlled Afghanistan or Al Qaeda-controlled Pakistan, where a number of 5,000+ foot runways might be available. Obviously by now every conceivable intelligence asset has been dedicated to pursuing these kinds of possibilities, and this is merely just one plausible scenario.

I don’t know if he’s right or not, but I do know his skeptics on here have no idea where that plane is. Thus I can conclude they don’t know if he’s right or not either, their sarcasms notwithstanding.

there are old planes for sale all over the world that could be converted to terrorist use, no need to hijack one to do that.
That is what’s so stupid about them checking everyone at the airports.
Anyone with enough money can just go buy a giant mothballed place fill it will explosives and fuel and take off from a private air field and there is nothing the government could do to stop them.

Look at a world map. Once the plane got around India and into the Arabian Sea, Iran and Pakistan are right there. It could not have gotten into Afghanistan without overflying Pakistan or Iran but that probably would have been no problem.
This story is going to outlive us all and we’ll never know the happy ending! Bummer.
