When I was younger I boxed golden gloves and full contact karate. When you go into a fight you have to have a plan. You have to know your weakness in order to protect yourself and you have to know your opponents weakness in order to know how to attack. You cannot just go in all angry and thrash about; you have to be cool and calm.
Your problem is you don't know how to fight and how to defend yourself. You have no plan, no strategy for winning, only misplaced anger. You don't understand your enemy; hell you don't even know who your allies are. All you know how to do is lose. All you know is surrender. Your angry because you see everything slipping away and your powerless to do anything about. You are a defeatist.
