MOSCOW Russias deputy prime minister laughed off President Obamas sanction against him today asking Comrade @BarackObama if some prankster came up with the list.
The Obama administration hit 11 Russian and Ukrainian officials with sanctions today as punishment for Russias support of Crimeas referendum. Among them: aides to President Vladimir Putin, a top government official, senior lawmakers, Crimean officials, the ousted president of Ukraine, and a Ukrainian politician and businessman allegedly tied to violence against protesters in Kiev.
It remains to be seen whether the sanctions will dissuade Russia from annexing Crimea, but one an early clue that they will not be effective came just hours later when President Putin signed a decree recognizing Crimea as an independent state, perhaps an early step towards annexation.

This is the “respect” that showing weakness to the world would supposedly get Obama and the other libs.
This must have the Thin-Skinned Dictator’s panties in a bunch. What a major embarrassment to OUR country.
Actually, I’m laughing, too. These personnel-based sanctions are completely silly.
Obama should be laughed at more often. He needs to be laughed off the world stage....and then right into a prison cell.
The entire world is ROTFLTAO at red line mac daddy.
Hey Deputy PM, we laugh at Bambi everyday.
Is he actually attempting international-level Chicago politics or Alinsky tactics? What a maroon.
Putin is coming up with his own list of US pols/sanctions.
I think that would be a mistake.
Putin should throw open his arms and proclaim...”What sanctions? All Americans are welcome to visit Russia, da!”
Who ISN’T laughing?
He's liable to start WW3, WW4 and WW5 all rolled into one just to prove he's REALLY a tough SOB, tough as Putin.
Leave him alone.....ridicule might just make him press THE red button and end our world as we know it.

Only one thing will dissuade these guys and that is if Ukrainians themselves are prepared to spill blood. If they aren’t, then no point in all the histrionics.
Ukraine is in a unique situation and this day has always been coming. They needed to have been preparing for it.
If they will fight, the west can supply money and bullets but no western troops are going to fight in Ukraine.
Now, if you are Estonia, you have to be making your calculations and hoping that you are insignificant enough that Putin has no interest in you. Because the same thing probably holds: no western troops will fight for Estonia.
There is a second but not unrelated issue. Decades ago we maintained at least supposedly a 2-1/2 war strategy because we believed we might well have to fight the Soviets, the Chinese, and the Cubans all at the same time. Then it slipped to a 2 war, then 1-1/2 war capability. Now we are strapped with a couple of regional brush wars and we are taking carriers out of service.
Obama is the conquering hero when he used Google to take down an ally in Cairo, and when he took out Khadafi who had already surrendered during Bush’s time. But Putin is a tougher nut to crack and probably isn’t going to be Facebooked out of Ukraine if he decides he wants it. We wouldn’t intervene, I don’t believe, but we ought to at least be able to if we wanted to, if we want our diplomacy to be taken seriously. Diplomacy works when there is a credible threat of force behind every word. Right now they are giggling at our diplomats and the carriers are sitting at the docks.
“Leave him alone.....ridicule might just make him press THE red button and end our world as we know it.”
Narcissists don’t respond well to ridicule. I look for things to escalate.
Tupac & Ginsberg....this guy has awful tastes.
These guys are laughing because they KNOW that President MomJeans wears his little girl pantie backwards...
Ending “The world as we know it” is a bad thing? I’d sorta like to get back to the world as we “knew” it circa 80id-90ish.
In all seriousness though, we chose as a country to elect Liberals and the RINOs that empower them. Actions have consequences. Always. You and I don’t like them, don’t want them, but pain has a way of teaching the less intelligent who put the libs and RINOs in power. And you and I now have to suffer that pain right along with them until they feel enough pain and humiliation to learn where they went wrong.
