It’s pretty obvious that info is being highly controlled. Not a lot of info is out there about the XRAY machine supposedly malfunctioning and irregularities with the Cargo.
I suspect this is some kind of Spy V Spy - Country V Country kind of shenanigans going on...
And what a coincidence that there is a connection between Freescale and the Spying Chinese Telecoms on board via the murder/suicided Freescale employee.
What a tangled web of deception
It’s the twenty passengers. Were they taking material to he conference to demonstrate? Did they have the ability to high-jack the 777 systems while in flight from their laptops?
I think it’s a fascinating theory but I think it would require extraordinary skill and even more extraordinary luck to pull off.
On top of the skill of performing the shadowing maneuver, the Flight 370 pilot would also need to know the precise location, altitude, and heading of the Singapore Flight to make the rendezvous and assume the proper tailing position. He’d have to match speed, maintain position, and shadow the moves of his target without ever communicating with it, in the dark, with no known night-vision equipment to assist him.
That only talks about the “big picture” and not the specifics of this particular incident.
And also, in reference to the discrepancy between the government and engine manufacturer - it was already reported that the data was not transmitted, but merely a connection made and then dropped - because - the airline did not subscribe to that service. So one could say both - that the plane did communicate and the plane did not communicate — depending on whether you’re talking about the “handshake” or the “data”.
Buddy of mine bought a cell phone jammer off the net for next to nothing a few years ago. He liked turning it on in crowded places under his coat to watch everyone stop and stare at their phone at the same time, or when people were talking too loud.
I this was a planned event I can’t believe someone didn’t think to bring one small enough to cover an area the size of an aircraft these days. This is a small one for 170 bucks.

We need more info on that unaccounted for container.
Someone theorized it could hold people. Not sure if that is possible with pressurization, etc.
Even when I saw it the first time, I thought, “No way. Vertical stabilizers would have tangled with each other or the other’s airframe first.”
And if this is what happened - the ONLY route that makes sense is the “northern route”.
That might be reasonable to do for submarine captains during the Cold War - but not for passenger airline captains ... :-) ...
Yeah ... that plane ...
It hasn’t crashed into any big city yet.
Or the cell phones, that, over land, would have been at some point operable.
*************************
If the passengers were passed out/dead the cell phones would still yield good data ,, all you need is one to have a pending outbound text message,, it’ll go out the minute you’re in tower range.
It would be a lot more difficult to maintain the secrecy on that wide of a conspiracy.
If it's the one I remember, that was just a few days, maybe a week, after 9/11?
Yep, I bet they’re checking each Pilot’s E-Mail accounts for activity!
If there’s E-Mail/Text activity, they’re alive!!
...AND if they know that, perhaps they’re trying to find the Pilots & Airplane!!
It’s a pressurized cabin. You can see planes flying at that altitude around the US on these “plane apps” that they have for the iPhone.
Several things point to a military person being in the cockpit. Someone 'trained' by Americans - maybe from Saudi Arabia? A Saudi - flying as a courtesy - sitting in the jump seat for free and not listed as a passenger?
Not at that altitude ...
Clip from the movie, “Miami Vice.”
