Maybe this is another ‘adjustment’ related to that offshore event a week or two ago, North near Eureka????
Twitter reaction ranges from “Holy crap! That was the longest, most disturbing #earthquake I’ve ever felt in L.A. I got seasick. Any idea on the magnitude?” to “4.7, we call that a foot massage”.
I teach school— and have a feeling classrooms will be empty today.
Whenever there is an earthquake, no matter how small, parents line up at the gate to get their kids, sometimes keeping them out for days at a time.
I’m off to work, hope that’s the last of it for a while. Got everyone’s attention and was a good reminder that we sit on one of the most dangerous earthquake faults in the world here in Los Angeles.
