Obama went to bat for an Islamic jihadist. Claimed he shot up fellow Americans at Fort Hood because of “workplace harassment” over his religion and pre-deployment stress disorder.

FUBO

I’m sure that Koran verses are just peachy fine with the new gay friendly military.

Obama regime, driving Christians out of the military, inviting Muslims in and allowing them to wear hijabs and have beards...I can see a future where the US military is able to fire on American citizens.

Someone should form the First Church of Christian Queers or something, then just dare them to touch it...

The government owns both the dorm rooms and white boards. They do not, however, own the words of the cadets when not performing official duties.

This is not the USAF of LeMay, Spatz, Arnold, or mine, or that of my Father, Uncles, and cousins. It has become something else.

Hope one of those conservative law firms out there takes this one on.... particularly since muslims are allowed all sorts of verbiage (e.g. Hassan’s lectures and shoot em up at Ft. Hood)

The AFA trains officers. Officers swear the Oath of Office. The Oath of Office directs the officer to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. The Constitution is "only fit for a moral and religious people. It is wholly unsuited to the governance of any other kind". The morality and religious beliefs of the Constitutional authors were inarguably prominently Judeo-Christian. Ergo, the best cadets are those well founded in Judeo-Christian morality and religion. The enemies of the Constitution ought go pound sand.

Republicans in Congress.. introduced legislation to specify that religious expression is a protected right for men and women serving in uniform. Although President Obama originally threatened to veto the legislation, those protections were signed into law in December 2013.

Now these new protections are being put to their first test. Military officers at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs are saying that the Obama-Hagel Pentagon does not regard these new protections as encompassing religious speech or writing.
***Wait, what? Doesn’t it PRECISELY denote that religious expression is protected? Somehow speech or writing is NOT “expressing” something?

Our military has now been sodomized, feminized, homosexualized and now is being purged of any PERSONAL religious expression, despite having allowed it since 1775 with no problems

I would not want a family member serving in this “revamped” military.

So, this means the AF JAG is just gonna shutter the cadet chapel?

Or turn it into a bath house?

I wonder how the Pentagon would respond to members of the military attending church off the military bases in nearby towns in uniform as a protest against their religious rights being taken from them.

As soon as a few key military bone up on the Constitution, they will know what to do.

Ecomcon will be successful this time.

Although President Obama originally threatened to veto the legislation, those protections were signed into law in December 2013.

Obama's veto would have been him being truthful. But, as we've come to know, his words and signature are meaningless.

I recall in Navy Boot Camp (San Diego) in 1987, recruits were encouraged to say a prayer after we were in our racks. One of us would start the Lord’s Prayer, and others would join in. Those were better times for sure. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, I rest my case. The Great OZ has spoken.
