President Barack Obama on Friday said critics of his “mom jeans” should zip it.
“I’ve been unfairly maligned about my jeans,” Obama told radio host Ryan Seacrest in an interview. “The truth is, generally I look very sharp in jeans. There was one episode like four years ago in which I was wearing some loose jeans, mainly because I was out on the pitcher’s mound and I didn’t want to feel confined while I was pitching, and I think I’ve paid my penance for that. I got whacked pretty good. Since that time, my jeans fit very well.”
Though the joke stems from 2009, when Obama threw out the first pitch at the Major League Baseball All Star Game, the ding resurfaced earlier this month, when Sarah Palin slammed the president as being known for wearing “mom jeans.” Her barb came shortly after Obama was photographed in the White House in jeans while talking on the phone to Russian President Vladimir Putin about the Ukraine crisis.
“People are looking at Putin as one who wrestles bears and drills for oil,” Palin said to Fox News’s Sean Hannity. “They look at our president as one who wears mom jeans and equivocates and bloviates.”

The other day, when Nicolle Wallace went on The View and started teeing off on the Sarah Palin pinata, I idly wondered how many full-time people that the White House has monitoring Nicolle Wallace's Facebook page 24/7/365 so she doesn't kick their *ss without warning with a couple of sentences in a well-crafted post.
I think it's clear that Palin p0wns Barry the B*tch, his Big Girl Panties, AND his momjeans.

The Marxists have been shaping perceptions for decades. It is important to put them on the defensive, like she usually does.

The thing is: his jeans fit well enough, as mom jeans go; the real issue is that his skin doesn’t fit — it’s much too thin.

Any subject is a good one, so long as it’s not Bengazi, or IRS or NSA or Disappearing Red Lines related. Monday is going to be showdown day tween Obama and Putin. Another unforced error. Kerry gave Putin ‘until monday to come to his senses’ and call off this vote for Crimea to decide on rejoining Russia or not. I can tell you right now, Putin is either going to ignore it completely, or put up an obviously phony act based on compliance. If he does the later, it will be a see through delaying tactic, nothing more. Kerry will declare VICTORY for the west. Two weeks from now, Putin marches on Northern Ukraine at high noon under the bright sun, and he will do it unopposed. But he will get ‘fussed at’ on the news.
But seriously, it’s not his jeans that are a problem; it’s his policies that don’t fit America.
