Democrats should be rooting for an audience of two to be similarly over-interpreting the results [of the FL 13 special election]: Supreme Court Justices Stephen Breyer and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. If the justices previously believed it a safe bet that they would be replaced by mainstream liberal justices when they retire, perhaps now they'll realize their only reasonable course of action is to

Those are virtually facts right now, but those who don’t want to admit it won’t because they don’t have to. No one is dragging them to a courtroom for testimony under oath. The lie has worked because so many other people have based their own careers and credibility on it. This happened because both parties have allowed it to happen. Barack’s background check alone, as a candidate, should have excluded him from consideration. You better believe that Pelosi knows the whole story, but she likes her place in influence the lie has provided. Holder knows as well, but again, the lie has allowed him to reach historic status as the first black atty general, so, you know he’s not going to say anything. The IRS or NSA may have been used to pull republican skeletons out of closets long enough to be used as a threat against becoming ‘too talkative’.
Especially if they judge their replacements by the past two replacements.
And if patriots and former Obama supporters can exercise their voting muscle to win 2/3 conservative supermajority control of both Houses of Congress in 2014 elections, then Congress can “pressure” even more activist justices to retire.
At least they admit that losing the Senate is pretty much a certain thing. They know the American people are not feeling what they are selling.
If I were Ginsburg or Breyer, I’d bump up my personal security. The ‘Rats are desperate to get them replaced before they lose the Senate and, especially, the Presidency. I don’t think they’d stop at suasion or even extorsion to make them see the light.
“Baracks background check alone, as a candidate, should have excluded him from consideration.”
There is NO background check performed on presidential candidates.
According to Zullo (Marciopa County Sheriff’s Office), he contacted various gov’t agencies, and was informed: “The only vetting of presidential candidates is done by #1) The party nominating the candidate, #2) The loyal opposition (GOP), and #3) The press.”
We can rule out ALL 3 of those as giving a crap whether Hussein is an illegal alien.
In fact, the certifications that Pelosi signed were edited to OMIT the part about Hussein ‘meeting all requirements of the Constitution.’
Instead, they typed “Meets all requirements of the Democrat Party.”
Spit.Coffee.On.Monitor...why not Beotch McConnell?
that is probably better but b1tch rhymes with mitch. i don’t think i’ve heard him called meoytch.
What do they say about history repeating itself?
Nobama’s WhiteyHut has had many similarities to FDR.
I suspect Ruthy and Breyer will tell the Kenyan to go take a hike. Just like FDR’s SCOTUS rebellion.
With the possible exception to the Smart Latina, the Justices do have ethics, in spite of their liberal politics.
IF they tell Barrycades to get lost and pound Reggie Love, I sure hope they don’t get sick anytime soon.
Orin Hatch sailed her through his committee, even suggested her to Clinton, really helpful guy.
That’ll have to be some of that Karma for being a liberal.
That’ll have to be some of that Karma for being a liberal.
Given how the Republican party has acted in the past decade, I cannot say that the Republicans gaining the Senate would be a good thing.
I am all for their immediate retirement, then Congress should just reduce the number of Justices to 7 the very next day.
Keeping Harry Reid in power is better, how?
I didn't say that would be better — I said that I'm not sure the Republican party gaining the Senate would be a good thing.
