It looks like the Democrats are steadily losing the war on women.
The state of West Virginia, which votes for Republican presidents but has a Democratic governor and state legislature, passed a ban on abortions after 20 weeks because babies are viable outside the womb and can feel pain.
West Virginia is the first Democrat-ruled state to do so, and the vote was not even close:
The state’s Democrat-led House the House passed the bill 85-15, according to the Associated Press. The Senate had previously passed the bill 25 to 9, according to the Herald Dispatch.
The outstanding support for the ban should encourage the pro-life community. Even liberals are having a hard time justifying abortions when premature babies have survived outside the womb after 20 weeks.
Likewise, Wendy Davis won her Texas primary with ease, but the counties she lost had large Hispanic populations. Davis’s only chance at winning rests on securing the female and minority vote, but with large Catholic Hispanic populations, she underestimated how important abortion would be to that sector of her base.
And in Missouri, legislators have more than 30 pieces of pro-life legislation on their desks. These laws include requirements for a three-day waiting period and a mandatory video and information packet women would have to watch/receive before having an abortion. One law requires that minors inform their parents and acquire consent from at least one parent before an abortion. Another requires abortion clinics to have quarterly state inspections. For monetary incentive, some bills provide tax credits to crisis and adoption centers and ease advertising restrictions on pro-life organizations...

What surprises me (that it never comes up) is that nothing is ever said about prostitution.
If a woman has the “right” to do with her body as she pleases, even as far as killing her unborn child, who should be able to tell her that she can’t sell access to her body to whomever she wants to?
What gives anyone the right to stop her from doing whatever she wants to with her body?

depends how you measure it. in some ways yes, in a lot of ways, no.
They know damn well that all of us, including them, begin our lives at conception. It will never be proven otherwise.
Some pro-abortion advocates have done a 180-degree turn around. The rest of them have to wake up and realize what an awful mistake they commit.

How their churches continually let them wallow in their sins and turn a blind eye eludes me, especially the high profile Catholics like Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, the late (definitely not great Ted Kennedy), and so forth. Those people should have been excommunicated for their beliefs on abortion alone.
No. There is a firm pro Roe majority in the Supreme Court, and at most one vote of nine that would permit Congress to ban abortion. Together (now) with gay rights, abortion support is a price that the dependent class is required to pay in order for the liberal elite to keep their gravy train running.

That ancient evil didn't die and hasn't left the building, it's just become more rationally sophisticated when/if necessary.
It has never stopped lying to us and leading us astray, but it's worldly reign will be brought to an end, perhaps sooner than we think or when we least expect it.
Just make sure you are on the right side of that battle well before that ending or yours, whichever comes first.

Yes, the left is losing.
Even young liberal women are getting it -— abortion hurts, maybe forever, and YOU in addition to your baby. However, young black girls aren’t getting it and their men are pushing strongest FOR abortion (to the girls they get pregnant). We need more ways to reach young black girls.
What I want them to know: that guy who just sweet talked you into bed? Well, he would have slept with any of these women (then show pics of random girls) instead of you. Yeah, sure, maybe you are cuter or nicer, but he just wanted to put “it” somewhere. You did nothing worth anything to “get” him. When your friends brag about who they have “done,” be PROUD of doing NO ONE - tell them that instead, you were studying for your pilot’s, or real estate, or manicurist’s license, and you passed! Tell them you were hiking up a beautiful hill, you were composing a song, you learned how to surf / play tennis / play the drums. THOSE ARE THINGS SQUIRRELS IN HEAT CANT DO. Those are actual achievements. ANY YOUNG WOMAN - and some not so young - could have gotten that young stud into bed.
Of course the left is losing. As long as conservatives are keeping their babies, while liberals are aborting, sterilizing and sodomizing themselves out of existence, the nation will naturally become more conservative, and more pro-life.
Videos of babies in the womb should be required as part of biology or health class. Young people of both sexes should be made aware of the consequences of sex. Young men need to realize that they are supposed to be the protectors of women and children.
