Reminds me of the scene in the movie Airplane! where the point/counterpoint guest mocked the passengers for buying tickets. He comment was so out of place, so inappropriate for the time. I have read newspaper columnists mention a hypothetical boss as "She" and "Her." I guess Mary would be upset at that since bosses can be male and female. Nah, my guess is that wouldn't disturb her.
