Well, not entirely. Malaysia isn't exactly a unified, monolithic Muslim nation like Saudi Arabia. There is a lot of tension between Malay Muslims and "the rich" Chinese and Indian minority groups who control much of the economy. The skyline of Kuala Lumpur didn't get that tall through the efforts of Malay Muslim witch doctors, at any rate. It's not inconceivable that the hijackers had a domestic target in mind.

That's right...Space Aliens!
(I love that guy!)
No real idea, it's just as more time passes with all of the obfuscation, it seems that this is likely the scenario that they don't want to acknowledge.
My initial thought was that it may have accidentally been shot down by Chinese fighters but now I'm not so sure.
It's quite possible the hijacking was done by Islamic extremists (terrorists) and the passengers are going to be used to negotiate the release of imprisoned terrorists globally......
Or it could be alien abduction.......
Cabin decompression would have automatically deployed the passenger oxygen masks.........
I don't think the intent was to kill the passengers but rather to steal the plane and the passengers in order to barter the release of imprisoned terrorists......
So where could it land safely? My guess would be some Godless country such as the Sudan which would harbor the terrorists without worry about international outrage.....
Of course they would be, considering that one has to have the means. Most countries don't have the means too shoot it down in that arc. So the US would have to be more likely then. If it flew south, that eliminates even more, leaving the US and Australia as the only possible candidates.
You may be right but how would that explain the erratic flight path?
What are you talking about? Since when are replies to the first post of a thread here personal? Grow up!
Unlike all those who god knows why think they know, I believe I don’t know and we don’t know, and inventing wild theories is pathetically laughable.
Possibly the electonics went out on it, losing its IFF. Maybe he was trying to get his bearings, looking for a landmark.
I also wonder about who did the co-pilot let use his simulator. Perhaps someone with neferios intent befriended him and got his “training” and also access to the real thing.
I personally just don't get it. I have absolutely no affinity for your "unique" commenting style and certainly don't ever see how your insufferably grating, off-the-wall, persona could ever become an acquired taste under any circumstances.
So, I'd like to suggest we give each as wide a berth as possible, and keep the communications lines between us permanently severed. While I will studiously avoid commenting on any of your posts, I certainly, won't, can't bar you from commenting on any of my mine.
And, no. I would not welcome getting any last salutary words from you under any circumstances.
Well, what else are supposed to do? It is quite a story.
You’re right, it is quite a story, and a provocation on popular imagination. Nevertheless, the ridiculous parts are when scenario theorists assure us that they are “certain”, “sure”, while serving us stories as far from plausible as the fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood.
Thank you for the insight. Have a great rest of the weekend.
