What is different now is the Affordable Care Act marks the first time that federal law requires insurance plans to offer adequate networks of doctorsMy health care provider list of doctors in my area is huge. At least it was. This statement is an absolute lie. If the numbers of doctors associated with a health care provider goes down - it is because of ObamaCare.
Reminds me of the adage - "the floggings will continue until moral improves".

This is getting really bizarre. Up until now it's been stupid, then panicky, then tyrannical. But now they've reached bizarro land. The White House decides to force Joe Sixpack to buy their kind of insurance plan. Then the White House tells Joe, "Go Online." Joe says about the website, "You gotta be kidding me." The White House informs Joe, because the website's broken, that he can't keep his doctor, that he can't keep his policy, that's he's paying more for his premium, that his deductibles are doubling at a minimum, and that his co-pays are doubling. Then the White House starts announcing changes to the law, even though the law itself has certain words on a page in black and white. changing Joe Six Pack's health insurance plan daily. Then they start changing requirement dates based on elections and timing. Finally, we get them telling Joe that the entire network of docs and hospitals idea was a piece of junk, so that's changed too.
You can't get there to buy something you can't afford that no one will provide and very few were allowed to provide.
Sounds like a plan.....from bizarro land.

In other words, the guys who were claiming that our old policies were crap are now admitting the policies they were trying to sell us were crap. No wonder they had to do it after business hours on a Friday.

The more regs obama piles on the exchange plan insurance providers, the fewer insurance providers that will be willing to participate. Some states have only one exchange plan provider as it is now, and several large exchange plan providers have announced that they’ll be pulling out if they’re forced to up rates much higher than they’re charging now.

Obama Care is finished. Kaput.
The dems are imaging over it, underneath its all held together by bailing twine and hog wire.
The truth is out. Now come the Obama Campaign shell games of distraction......now you see it , now you don’t.That alone should get them turfed into the dust bin of history, but the MSM is waxing fascist these days, keeping truth from the public.

I guess the written law continues to be ignored, and the legislative branch is now moot.
When did we repeal Article I of the Constitution?

Why not abolish Congress? They are nothing more than yes toadies and eunuchs now. As it now stands, we have one Party with no principles or scruples and we have one Party with no spine. And we also have a son of a bitch in the white House that we do not even know what his real name dictating, So, again, what good is Congress?

At the rate that providers are dropping their practices, the networks will probably hit 30% of available providers solely through attrition; the ones who signed up are the ones who think they can make a go of it, so they’re more likely to hang in, while the non-signers don’t want any part of it and are more likely to hang it up over the hassle of joining the system.

well, force them to include more providers and it is pretty clear that costs will go up dramatically. that should make it much more affordable.
