Rand's Amnesty program put the Illegal Aliens in line to be given citizenship. Up to this point, Cruz is stating no citizenship ever.

Furthermore, I don't see Cruz calling people Heartless nor do I see him supporting Comprehensive Immigration Reform like both Rand and Perry have or have done in the past.
