One of the most blatant recent examples that was, of course ignored by the media was his creation of the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) in the Obamacare Plan.
The IPAB is an unelected 15 member panel appointed by Obama to set the pricing on services and determine what doctors are allowed to recover for their treatments. This effectively puts government -Unelected Government- between doctors and their patients.
In adding this board that Palin called the Death Panel, Obama even rewrote the constitution to issue a decree on how it might be altered or abolished. What he declared was that the panel could only be repealed by congress after Jan 1, 2017 BUT must be done before Feb 1 2017.
Jan 2017 is after the next presidential election. New members of congress are not sworn in until some time in the first week of January and then the wrangling for committee assignments begins and takes up most of the month along with all the planning and rigmarole that goes with the Presidential inauguration on the 22nd and subsequent festivities followed be requisite hangovers. That leaves maybe a week for both houses to come to terms with the issue and weigh all the political factors necessary for them to summon the courage to repeal this creepy violation of our constitution.
In the meantime (NOW) Obama knows there are very few people with the courage to try to stand up to him and the race baiters on his team.

Were there any RINOs, by their “no” vote, that want Obama to keep on selectively obeying only the parts of the Federal Laws that Obama and Holder like?
