Mostly the cost of DNA testing used to run in the thousands of dollars per sample. Before government decided to just do whatever and maybe pay for it or maybe never pay there used to be this quaint little concept of budget restraint.

Rape cases don’t seem to be a high priority, especially in large cities run by democrats. They’d rather spend the taxpayer’s dollars on other things that will help them get re-elected.

I don't know if I believe those numbers. I think that Hargitay has been doing LAW & ORDER so long that she is beginning to believe what the scriptwriters put forth as facts, when they may NOT be facts.

People give me a ton of crap for railing the GOP daily. Well, why shouldn’t I? Are they not supposed to be the ones stopping this crap? Aren’t they supposed to be speaking out against this insanity?
