That's very well said and very Conservative in the true sense of that word. President Ronald Reagan's compelling speech of 1987 is a must see for anyone doubting the effectiveness of the war against drugs. President Reagan explains that drug abuse is not a victimless crime as often claimed by the liberalertarians. And his beautiful, loving wife Nancy implores Americans to be "unyielding and inflexible in your opposition to drugs".
